    General RV Center is open in  Ocala,  Florida!  We are now in search of an Office Manager as we prepare to open our 13th location.   With 60 acres  of property on I-75, as well ¼ mile of frontage, this will be one of the premier RV facilities in the country. General RV is one of the nation’s fastest-growing RV dealers, and we’ve been ranked a top 50 RV Dealer for 7 straight years by RV Business magazine.     • Process all licensing and title work for each unit/RV sold.
    • Responsible for managing Human Resource functions for new hires and submit paperwork to the corporate office.
    • Submit biweekly payroll hours and attendance to headquarter for processing.
    • Work directly with banks to provide all necessary documentation.
    • Responsible for providing general office assistance to store managers.
    • Work as a liaison with the corporate office to provide monthly expense reports, credit card statements, petty cash fund, and other miscellaneous items.
    • Other duties as requested by management.



    • Minimum of a High School Diploma is required
    • Prior title work within the RV, Automotive industry, or Powersports industry is a MUST.
    • Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
    • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. 
    • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. 
    • Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
