General RV Center is coming to Ocala, Florida! We are now in search of a Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team as we prepare to open our 13th location. With 60 acres of property on I-75, as well ¼ mile of frontage, this will be one of the premier RV facilities in the country. You’ll be an integral part of an industry-leading team.

Competitive candidates will have proven sales management experience specifically in Automotive, Powersports, or the RV industry. Experience and knowledge within F&I is highly preferred. Years of experience is less important than having the qualities of a successful sales manager (hustle, competitiveness, attitude, motivation...etc).

Compensation: Competitive pay plan based on skills and years of experience.
