We are currently looking for a leader to join our team as a Service Manager in Tampa, Florida.   With over 40 bays and a recent remodel this location is in need of a partner to drive growth, mentor and develop our team and maintain our proven processess.



  • Responsible for overseeing all Service operations and service employees.
  • Training management and service employees to operate at optimal efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with management at the store level.
  • Identify and provide solution for issues that are not resolved at the store level.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks in order to manage a high volume service department.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting Service personnel at the store level.
  • Ensure Service division is running smoothly and working in conjunction with Parts and Sales.
  • Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.


  • Excellent leadership, supervisory and mentoring skills.
  • Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Prior management experience is preferred.
  • Results driven and a desire to make a positive impact
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to listen and provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
