    General RV Center is coming to Ocala,  Florida!  We are now in search of a Service Manager to lead our Service Team as we prepare to open our 13th location.   With 60 acres  of property on I-75, as well ¼ mile of frontage, this will be one of the premier RV facilities in the country. General RV is one of the nation’s fastest-growing RV dealers, and we’ve been ranked a top 50 RV Dealer for 7 straight years by RV Business magazine. You’ll be an integral part of an industry-leading team.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for overseeing all Service operations and service employees.
    • Training management and service employees to operate at optimal efficiency.
    • Establish and maintain strong relations with management at the store level.
    • Identify and provide solution for issues that are not resolved at the store level.
    • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks in order to manage a high volume service department.
    • Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting Service personnel at the store level.
    • Ensure Service division is running smoothly and working in conjunction with Parts and Sales.
    • Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent leadership, supervisory and mentoring skills.
    • Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.
    • Prior management experience is preferred.
    • Results driven and a desire to make a positive impact
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to listen and provide solutions to customer issues.
    • Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license.

    Compensation: Based on skills and level of experience.
