The Human Resource Information Systems Analyst will support and maintain specialized and internal HR systems, services, processes, and applications including Oracle Cloud HCM.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains optimal function of the organization’s internal HR information services systems, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Maintains internal files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.
  • Assists with the implementation, modifications, and upgrades of the Oracle Cloud HCM software and applications to meet changing business and technology.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR and IT employees.
  • Consults with business teams to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; assists in recommendations and operationalizing the solutions.
  • Assists the HRIS Manager in updates to security permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users.
  • Creates custom reports and documentation.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management required.
  • At least two years of related HRIS experience in Oracle is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
