The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the strategy and execution of recruitment efforts across the organization, with a strong emphasis on sourcing innovation, reporting and analytics, and process improvement. This role will also support broader HR initiatives, including compliance, training, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is data-driven, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can operate both strategically and hands-on.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the recruitment team across all levels and departments

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent

  • Champion and support the company’s employment brand through internal and external channels

  • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment processes

  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting and HR metrics to guide decisions

  • Support performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

  • Lead or contribute to key HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role

  • Proficiency with an ATS and HRIS Systems.  Oracle and iCims a plus 

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills 

  • Proven ability to analyze and present HR data

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred - equivalent experince will also be considered

  • Hybrid Work Schedule with office hours in Wixom, Michigan
