• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor records, and annual budget preparation
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve payment issues
• Process commission adjustments for sales staff with attention to accuracy
• Handle licensing and compliance tasks, such as applications, renewals, and updates
• Generate end-of-month reports (e.g., AP/AR, inventory)
• Provide general administrative support

• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of general office or Accounting experience is preferred
• Must have demonstrable experience with Microsoft Excel with the ability to organize and manipulate data to generate valuable spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. This includes the ability to quickly draft letters and emails to both internal and external customers
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work well as part of a team and also individually
• Must be organized and able to multi-task
