Responsibilities

  • Creating, targeting and refining paid search, display and digital video marketing campaigns.
  • Communicating effectively with our business development team.
  • Maintaining and optimizing ongoing inventory remarketing campaigns which utilize inventory catalog feeds to GoogleAds, FacebookAds and other publisher platforms.
  • Testing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaigns performances.
  • Developing and presenting learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Aggregating campaign and paid ad performance reports.
  • Monitoring and analyzing paid digital media and marketing trends.
  • Assist on marketing strategies, plans, and tactics for our Sales, Recruiting, and Corporate fixed-operations teams.
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment across all levels of the organization, but reflecting a level of independence to take initiative and move projects forward.
  • Regularly provide recommendations tied to desired business outcomes.
  • Uses available tools to perform keyword research, competitor analysis, experiments, and other data driven changes in order to impact account performance across all levels.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Manager, Paid Digital Strategist and Marketing Leadership to define KPIs and evaluate impacts of digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in creating, managing and implementing paid digital marketing campaigns on any/all of the following major digital marketing platforms: GoogleAds, BingAds, Facebook Ads, YouTube, or other major digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers and deliver connective insight to assist driving alignment and execution of cross-company initiatives
  • Experience building relationships and working with digital marketing agencies
  • A strong team orientation is critical based on collaborative culture of the office and GRV as a company
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited university
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in order to hit deadlines
  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Requires excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical thinking and an ability to understand complex strategies and business concepts quickly
  • A proven ability to develop compelling, insight-based strategic plans and present them effectively and persuasively
  • Firm understanding of digital marketing processes, KPI’s (Key performance indicators) and strategies.
