Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of human resources functions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition strategy, reporting and analytics, and project management. This role will also provide hands-on support for generalist responsibilities, including employee relations, compliance, training, and policy development. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable operating both strategically and tactically.

• Lead and support the recruitment team across all levels and departments

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent

• Champion and support the company’s employment brand through internal and external channels

• Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment processes

• Track, analyze, and report on recruiting and HR metrics to guide decisions

• Partner with the Benefits and Payroll teams to ensure seamless employee onboarding and transitions

• Handle employee relations matters and support performance management processes

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

• Lead or contribute to key HR projects and process improvement initiatives

• Support broader HR operations including onboarding, training, and policy implementation

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including talent acquisition and generalist duties

• Proficiency with an ATS and HRIS Systems.  Oracle and iCims highly preferred

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables)

• Proven ability to analyze and present HR data

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - equivalent experince will also be considered

• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred

• Hybrid Work Schedule with office hours in Wixom, Michigan
