Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of human resources functions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition strategy, reporting and analytics, and project management. This role will also provide hands-on support for generalist responsibilities, including employee relations, compliance, training, and policy development. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable operating both strategically and tactically.

Lead and support the recruitment team across all levels and departments
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
Champion and support the company’s employment brand through internal and external channels
Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment processes
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting and HR metrics to guide decisions
Partner with the Benefits and Payroll teams to ensure seamless employee onboarding and transitions
Handle employee relations matters and support performance management processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Lead or contribute to key HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Support broader HR operations including onboarding, training, and policy implementation
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including talent acquisition and generalist duties
Proficiency with an ATS and HRIS Systems. Oracle and iCims highly preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
Proven ability to analyze and present HR data
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - equivalent experince will also be considered
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
