The Camp Crew Lead is responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the Customer Care/Camp Crew Team, ensuring that both our stores and customer service team are providing a premier customer service experience.

• Respond to escalated complaints from various sources (BBB, State, Attorney) within 48 hours.
• Complete weekly audits of our team member’s complaint cases.
• Complete monthly scorecard for leadership team.
• Regularly update legal case notes.
• Lead weekly customer service meetings, assisting with 1:1 meetings monthly.
• Participate in live listening of customer calls, providing adequate feedback and coaching.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of call center experience working with retail customers.
• Maintain a high-level of attention to detail and organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable providing feedback to both employees and management.
• Must demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to various situations.
• Strong sense of urgency.
