Position Overview: The Acount Manager Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and binding insurance policies. This role will also support the client service team with customer service requests. This role requires a strong understanding of various insurance products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Starting Salary of $42-$45,000 Plus Bonus!!

Responsibilities:

· Work alongside the Binding Specialist auditing all policy applications

· Bind insurance policies in accordance with agency standards and state laws

· Assist with resolving any issues or discrepancies related to binding policies

· Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

· Maintain accurate records and documentation

· Collaborate with team members to improve process and enhance the customer experience

· Build relationships with clients and communicate the smartest way to protect their most
